We ship across India from our Mumbai studio. Every order is packed by hand, wrapped in recycled kraft, and sent with a tracking link so you always know where your parcel is.

Orders placed after 2 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next working day. During drops and festival sales dispatch may take an extra 24 – 48 hours.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with the courier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our studio. Tracking can take up to 12 hours to go live on the courier’s website.
Returns and exchanges
- Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The tee must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging.
- Size exchanges within India are free once per order. We arrange the reverse pickup.
- Refund returns carry a ₹99 reverse-shipping fee, deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days of the parcel reaching us.
- Items bought under the Pick any 3 bundle can be exchanged for a different size, but a partial return that breaks the bundle will be refunded at the single-unit price.
Not eligible for return
Washed or worn garments, items without tags, gift cards, and anything marked Final Sale on the product page.
Damaged or wrong item
Open the parcel on camera if you can. Email care@shivohamvastra.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once the tracking number is generated the order is on its way and the return process applies instead.
