How does the Pick any 3 offer work?
Add any three tees to your cart — any design, any size, any colour — and 25% comes off automatically at checkout. There is no code to remember. The discount bar on every product page shows you how far away you are.
Can I combine Pick any 3 with a coupon code?
No. The bundle is an automatic discount, and Shopify applies either the automatic discount or a manual code, whichever is worth more to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Email care@shivohamvastra.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
Sizing and fit
What fit are your tees?
Relaxed unisex, with a slightly dropped shoulder. Size down if you prefer a classic fit. Full measurements are on the Size Guide.
Will it shrink?
The fabric is bio-washed and pre-shrunk, so expect under 2% shrinkage if you wash cold and dry in shade.
Product and care
What fabric do you use?
240 GSM 100% combed cotton, single jersey, bio-washed for softness. Ribbed collar with taped shoulder seams so the neck holds its shape.
How is the print done?
Water-based discharge and DTG printing. The ink sits in the fabric rather than on top of it, so it stays soft and does not crack.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry in shade. Iron on the reverse, never directly on the print.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
2 – 4 business days to metro cities, 4 – 7 elsewhere in India, 7 – 14 internationally. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Is shipping free?
Free across India on orders above ₹999.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Import duties, where applicable, are payable by you on delivery.
Returns
What is your return window?
7 days from delivery, on unworn and unwashed items with tags attached.
Are exchanges free?
One free size exchange per order within India. We arrange the reverse pickup.
Payment
What can I pay with?
UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets — processed securely through Razorpay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at the moment. All orders are prepaid.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
